Privacy Collection Notice


Iplex believes privacy is an important right of individuals and actively takes steps to protect personal information from misuse. Fletcher Building Australia will only use your personal information only in the ways described in its Privacy Policy, available here
 and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).


Collection of your personal information

We collect your personal information i.e. name, address, telephone number, and email address when you receive or perform benefits under the Industry Response. 

We may also collect personal information about a third party from you. If we do this, you agree you will advise that person that we have collected their information, and that in most cases they can access and seek correction of the information we hold about them.


Use of your personal information

Your personal information will be used for the purposes of delivering the agreed work program under the IR (including reporting to government) and may be used for other purposes necessary to the performance of the IR.


Disclosure of your personal information

The information you provide will be disclosed to employees and third party service providers.  Your personal information may also be disclosed to the Western Australian government, insurance companies, employees, other personnel, related companies and affiliates of Iplex for the purpose as required for the performance of the Industry Response.


Consent

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the collection of that information for the purposes set out in this privacy collection notice. If you do not wish to provide your consent, please do not provide your information to us. If we do not collect your personal information products and services contemplated by the Industry Response may not be able to be provide.

Your consent operates until such time as you tell us that you wish to withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by phone or email.
